Comfort Throughout The Home, In Every Season
Programmable thermostat with airflow control directs airflow to
where it's needed, when it's needed for a uniformly comfortable home.
The Comfort Problem
A common problem found in two-story homes is the uneven heating and cooling of the upstairs and downstairs. During the summer, the upstairs is too warm. During the winter, the downstairs is too cool.
Upstairs is too warm during the summer.
Downstairs is too cool during the winter.
The Comfort365 Solution
The Comfort365 works with your existing or new equipment to solve the problem. The Comfort365 thermostat monitors the upstairs and downstairs temperatures and automatically adjusts the airflow so that more airflow is directed to the area that needs it for a uniformly comfortable home.
The Comfort365 installation is simple. Your contractor will install a Comfort365 thermostat where your existing thermostat is located. A temperature sensor is installed in the upstairs space. Dampers that control the airflow to the upstairs and downstairs space are installed in your ductwork.
Energy Savings
The Comfort365 saves energy by directing more airflow to where and when it is needed eliminating overheating and overcooling areas to make other areas comfortable. The Comfort365 comes with a preset schedule for additional energy savings.
Homeowner Features
The Nighttime Airflow Control Option can save homeowners 30% in energy at night using the sleeping area temperature sensors to control heating and cooling calls and directing 30% more airflow to the sleeping area.
Nighttime Airflow Control Option
The Airflow Override Option enables you to direct more airflow to an area that needs it for 3 hours. For example, during a party, you may want more airflow to the downstairs area. You can easily set the desired airflow, making that area more comfortable and enjoyable. For homeowners who want total control of the airflow, automatic airflow can be turned off and the homeowner can manually control the airflow.
Airflow Override Option
The Comfort365 is available in a WiFi version that provides remote access to your home's HVAC system from anywhere using a smartphone, tablet or PC. View the temperatures in the living and sleeping areas, turn your system on and off, or adjust your cooling and heating setpoints - from your couch or across the country. Currently have a non-WiFi version? Upgrading to WiFi couldn't be easier. When you're ready to upgrade to WiFi, simply plug the WiFi version into the same subbase on the wall. No additional wiring required.
